Charlotte is a powerful writer, author, entrepreneur, spiritual seeker, and, most recently, mom.
Following a life-time of overachievement, burnout, and depression, Charlotte found herself profoundly disappointed in the traditional definitions of success and happiness, and set out to find her own. The journey led her to a series of discoveries and techniques, which are now part of her AMPLE coaching system.
She now helps others to engage more fully with life, clearing the blocks holding them back from their own success and happiness. She also speaks about the importance of emotion, following your dreams, and living as your Authentic Self.
