I love dreaming big and setting goals, but I see so many people whose New Year's Resolutions aim to change something about them. Maybe it's to lose weight, maybe it's to exercise more, or stop smoking -- these are great goals, if they make you happy.

But so often our goals revolve around us trying to fit into the mold of society, because we see skinny people having fun and smiling lots, and - understandably - we want that too. But go to the gym because you enjoy it -- don't make yourself go because you think you should.
